Blossom Tavares is a Membership Development Associate with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.  A long time professional with years of experience in many different industries.

Blossom spent a two decades in the fire sprinkler and construction industry. While in that industry, she was on the board for organizations like NAIOP, BOMA, NAWIC, and an ambassador for the Nevada Contractors Association.  Currently Blossom champions small business owners by helping them navigate through the benefits of chamber membership with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.

She is also current Vice President for the Henderson Chapter of Pro-Business Connections, which helps small businesses support one another and make connections. Blossom is heavily involved in the Southern Nevada community.  Volunteering as the coordinator for the Nevada Hispanic Business and the Vice President of Women of Global Change, a non-profit organization, Women of Global Change believes that every human being should have the right to access clean water, food, healthcare, education, and income training beyond race, creed, religion, and circumstance.
