Effie was born in Argentina then moved to Israel when he was 5. He served the Israeli Army and went to a culinary school. Effie started working in Construction 15 years ago and established Top Builders of Las Vegas 3 years ago . Married for 21 years to Orly with two amazing daughters Yuval and Noa, he believes in living life with happiness and lots of love.
