Ronen moved to Las Vegas from Southern California in 1994, to expand a painting and drywall company. He co-owned and operated a successful construction subcontracting business generating an annual revenue of $20 million. He later went on to consult with national and regional homebuilders to develop internal structures that facilitated increased efficiency, communication, and collaboration between cross-functional departments.

As a transformational coach for almost 6 years, and a business consultant for over 4, Ronen specializes in working with executives in developing their leadership, communication, and productivity skills.
