Joe Roller is a Business Banking Manager for U.S. Bank with over 20 years experience in Business, Finance, Lending and Management.  His professional career has included Business Banking, Mortgage Lending, Underwriting, Call Center Management, Operations, Change Management and Employee Development & Training.  Joe is a true Las Vegas native and has a passion for supporting new businesses as well as helping established businesses evolve and grow.  Whether you are looking to make a commercial real estate purchase, refinance an existing loan, gaining access to capital, or any other business financial needs, Joe has the team to help.

Outside of the office, Joe serves the community as a member of the Northern Nevada Community Volunteer Board, Make a Wish Foundation and as an active member in the local chapters of Junior Achievement and Miracle Flights.  Joe and his wife of 26 years have three boys and love spending time doing all things outdoors.
