Originally from Orange County, California, Ruzel moved to Las Vegas at the end of 2016. Prior to starting her real estate career, Ruzel worked for various law firms in Orange County and Los Angeles for 16 years. She had the privilege of opening her firm’s Irvine location in 2014. 

Ruzel started her real estate career in 2017 and has been working with sellers, buyers, investors and mature adults from out-of-state who are taking advantage of Nevada’s state income tax-free perks. Ruzel is a Senior Real Estate Specialist who is familiar with Las Vegas valley’s 55+ active communities. 

Life in Las Vegas was certainly a major shift from her life in Orange County. Las Vegas is the entertainment capital with sought-after cuisine available nearly 24/7. Ruzel quickly realized there is another life beyond the glitz and glam of the Strip. Las Vegas is conveniently surrounded by state and national parks, which reignited her love for the outdoors. It’s often difficult to imagine “regular” life in Las Vegas, and Ruzel is more than happy to show-off her city and all it has to offer so that newcomers feel more comfortable stepping into their new life.
