Membership agreement

Dues & card authorization

✓Annual dues are $400 and are non-refundable.
✓I authorize Pro Business Connections LLC to charge my card for annual dues — only after my application is approved.
✓Dues renew automatically on or about the 15th of my anniversary month (no more than $400, minus any sponsor credits).
✓Revoking preauthorization does not release me from my membership financial obligations; returned cards may incur a service fee.

Attendance & participation

✓Attend the New Member Networking workshop within 90 days of joining.
✓Attend the semi-monthly meetings; missing more than 2 per quarter may trigger a Board review.
✓Substitutes are limited to 6 times a year (max 2 consecutive meetings); notify chapter leadership if I can't attend.

Conduct & referrals

✓Respond to members' and referral sources' calls, texts and emails within 24 hours.
✓Act and dress professionally and practice loyalty through referrals.
✓Provide 3 qualified referrals quarterly and invite 5 qualified guests within my first 3 months.
✓Not be a member of a similar business referral group.

Licensing & category

✓Be fully licensed and work full-time in the business I represent.
✓Only represent the single business category for which I'm approved.

I have read, understood and agree to all the Membership Agreement points above, and I authorize my card to be charged the annual dues only after my application is approved.

Payment method

Your card will not be charged yet. We securely save your card now; the annual fee of $400.00is only charged once your application is approved by chapter leadership. You'll get an email either way.

After your application is reviewed and approved, our team will arrange secure payment.

Seats are limited to one per profession per chapter. Your card is saved securely and only charged after approval.
