About
My Medicare work started at my kitchen table. When my dad turned 65, we sat down to figure out his options, and we were quickly buried in mailers, phone calls, and plans that all sounded the same. He wanted to know three things: can I keep my doctors, what will my prescriptions cost, and what happens if something goes wrong. Getting him clear answers took more digging than it should have. By the time we finished, I knew I wanted to help other families get through that decision without the stress and guesswork. Today I'm an independent broker, which means I don't work for one insurance company. I compare options across multiple carriers and start with the person, not the plan. That means looking at their doctors, their prescriptions, how often they travel, their budget, and what matters most to them day to day. Only then do we talk about which option fits. I also tell every client something most people don't hear: Medicare isn't a one-time decision. Plans change their costs, drug lists, and provider networks every year, and people's health and needs change too. I review coverage with my clients every year so nothing catches them off guard. When you refer someone to me, you can count on them being treated with patience and respect. No pressure and no rushing, just clear explanations so they can make a confident choice. I'll treat them the way I'd want my own dad treated, because that's where this started. If you know someone turning 65, retiring, or confused about their current coverage, I'd be glad to be a resource for them.
